EuroCast 2037 has been formulated for use in vacuum-casting applications where a very tough rigid product is required. In addition, with suitable postcure, EuroCast 2037 is capable of withstanding brief periods of exposure to temperatures around 150°C.
Simulates ABS plastic.
Gel time (100g 45°C): 4-7 minutes
De-mould time (100g 70°C): 40-50 minutes
Full cure (100g 70°C): 4-6 hours
Shore D-hardness at full cure: 80-90
Colour: Part A: Cloudy white (unless pigmented)
Part B: Pale straw, Mixed: Cloudy straw
Specific Gravity: Part A: 1.04, Part B: 1.22, Mixed: 1.12-1.18Viscosity: mPas Part A: 900, Part B: 150
